Pare feu windows désactivé

Bonjour tout le monde,
J'ai un petit souci à vous exposer en espérant trouver une réponse !
En fait à chaque fois que j'allume mon ordinateur je suis obligée d'activer le pare-feu windows, qui se désactive tout seul.
J'ai beau cocher la case "activé" et "appliquer" dans les paramètres, rien n'y fait.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider ? Ou me dire à quoi cela est du ?

Possibilité d'une infection entre autre.
Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US ... e=download
Installes-le.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe

Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
Puis sans le fermer :

• CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
  CTRL+C pour copier
  CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse

Tu le refermes pour le moment.
Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.

Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

Procédure pour bien supprimer Norton/Symantec

Tu télécharges cet outil:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/IN ... =&osv_lvl=

Dans Démarrer Exécuter tape: services.msc

Tu double-cliques sur chaque service suivant, si présent, et tu l'arrêtes, puis dans Type de démarrage tu désactives.

-LiveUpdate
-LiveUpdate Notice Service
-Service Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect

Puis tu lances Norton_Removal_Tools.exe

Et tu redémarres.

Dans Programmes et fonctionnalités tu désinstalles LiveUpdate.
Tu redémarres et tu donnes des nouvelles.

Bon alors, comme je n'ai pas trouvé "executer" jai fait double clic pour lancer Norton_Remove_Tools, ça a bien trouvé les composants qui restaient et les a supprimés.Puis a redémarré tout seul.
Dans programmes, il n'y a plus Live Update, et la recherche ne le trouve pas non plus.
Est-ce que c'est bon ?!

Bonjour.

Dans Démarrer Exécuter ou bien dans Rechercher, tape: services.msc et tu valides par OK ou par Entrer

Tu double-cliques sur chaque service suivant, si présent, et tu l'arrêtes, puis dans Type de démarrage tu désactives.

Dans Démarrer/Exécuter, tape "cmd" et dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, de type DOS, tu tapes :
sc delete CLTNetCnService
Entrée
Tu renouvelles avec :
sc delete LiveUpdate
sc delete "Planificateur LiveUpdate automatique"

Les guillemets dans le dernier cas sont nécessaires.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

Installes-le et mets-le à jour.
Dans l'onglet Recherche, tu coches Exécuter un scan complet.
Clique sur le bouton Rechercher.
A la fin du scan, fais un copier-coller du rapport qui s'ouvre et ne supprime rien pour l'instant.
Le rapport sera enregistré dans l'onglet Rapport/Logs.

Tu y joindras un nouveau rapport Hijackthis et tu me diras pourquoi la pendule n'est pas à l'heure.

N'était présent dans la liste que le "Planificateur ... automatique", je l'ai donc désactivé dans type de demarrage (il était déjà arrété).

Par contre lorsque je tape "sc ..." pour les 2 premiers la réponse est : 'Le service spécifié n'existe pas en tant que service installé' et pour le 3eme, la réponse est : ' accès refusé'.
De plus le lien que vous m'avez donné ne fonctionne pas .

Procédons autrement.
Dans le menu Tous les programmes, Accessoires, tu cliques droit sur Invite de commandes et sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Dans la fenêtre type DOS qui s'ouvre tu tapes ou tu copies-colles
sc delete "Planificateur LiveUpdate automatique"
et tu valides par Entrer.
Retente aussi avec les deux autres.
Puis tu postes un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.
