problème avec vista : "échec option de sécurité"

Bonjour,

Depuis quelque temps, mon ordinateur plante de manière intempestive et même le "ctrl_alt_supr" ne donne rien. Un message avec écran noir apparaît alors :"échec-options de sécurité". Seul un reset permet alors de redémarrer l'ordi. Après avoir consulté quelques messages pour des problèmes similaires sur divers forums, j'ai lancé un scan dans la fenêtre de commande (sfc scannow) et Windows me dit que certains fichiers sont endommagés et n'ont pas pu être réparés. Je ne vois pas d'où peut venir ce problème, un virus peut-être ?
