bonjour,
je suis sur windows vista et je crois que je vais craquer:
impossible de télécharger mes MAJ , toujours le code 80072EFE;
Pas de virus, j'ai mcafee, j'ai utilisé aussi malwarbytes, j'ai éliminé les menaces.
Il y a aussi la fenetre qui me dit que le service hote a cessé de fonctionné
Je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport mais dans les services, le service de chiffrement est en échec, code 15100 ainsi que plusieurs autres: ehSched, Rpclocator, SENS, sessionEnv, ShellHWDetection ,SSDPSRV, Thèmes.
J'ai esseyé toutes les manips conseillées par microsoft telles que la désactivation des pare feu ...mais je bloque toujours, HELP!!!

S'il y a des fichiers système endommagés, ceci peut empêcher l'installation des mises à jour.
Tente ce qui suit pour vérifier et éventuellement réparer ces fichiers :

Menu Démarrer / zone de recherche en bas, taper cmd => en haut de la fenêtre démarrer, clic droit sur cmd.exe "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
Dans la fenêtre qui vient de s'ouvrir, taper sfc /scannow (si tu as démarré en mode sans échec avec invite de commande, tu lances de suite sfc)
Laisser faire l'analyse (environ une 10zaine de minutes) puis noter le message.
Si celui-ci indique aucune violation d'intégrité du système, alors c'est OK.

Par contre, si des erreurs sont détectées, copier et coller la commande ci-dessous (tjs en tant qu'administrateur) :
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt

puis rechercher sfcdetails.txt dans C:\Windows\System32 et en poster le contenu.

Télécharge tdsskiller.zip
Décompresse l'archive et place TDSSKiller.exe sur le bureau.
Double clique sur le fichier.
Sur l'écran clique sur le bouton Start scan
A la fin du scan, si des nuisibles sont détectés
Vérifie que l'option Cure est sélectionnée
Clique sur le bouton
Clique sur le bouton
Poste le contenu du rapport C:\TDSSKiller.Version_Date_Heure_log.txt

SFC a dû déjà en réparer un certain nombre mais il reste encore pas mal de fichiers système endommagés.

Bon, je ne suis pas sûr que cela soit suffisant mais pour commencer, essaye ceci :

Si tu as le DVD Vista, tu l'insères dans le lecteur et tu démarres le PC.
Fais en sorte de bien booter sur le DVD.
Tu choisis "Réparer l'ordinateur" puis "Réparation du démarrage".

Si tu n'as pas le DVD, suis ceci => WinRE
pour Vista 32bits => c'est dans le tuto

j'ai déjà utilisé le cd d'installation, quand je demande réparer les problèmes de démarrage, il me dit qu'il n'y en a pas!
Comment dois je vérifier que BOOT & SOURCES et le fichier BOOTMGR sont là?
j'ai aussi essayer d'utiliser FIx it mais après téléchargement, j'ai une fenêtre qui me dit que les services ne veulent pas démarrer

Bon, la réparation du démarrage, c'était juste pour voir ... mais je me doutais bien que ça n'aurait pas plus de succès que ça.
Laisse tomber cette piste, elle ne nous apportera rien de plus.

Est-ce que tu as le DVD Vista ?
De plus, quel est le niveau de ton OS, sans SP, SP1, SP2 ?
Apparemment, d'après ce que j'ai vu tu es sous Vista SP1 mais j'aimerais avoir la confirmation.
Pour savoir quel est le niveau de ton OS, appuies simultanément sur les touches "Windows"+"Pause", dans la fenêtre qui vient de s'ouvrir, tu trouveras l'information écrite.

je suis sous vista pack 1 mais j'essaye en ce moment de télécharger le pack2; je ne sais pas si cela va me servir.
Je suis pas une pro en informatique mais j'ai l'impression que cela a avoir avec le processus hote pour les services windows qui cesse de fonctionner à chaque fois.

Tant que les fichiers système n'auront pas été réparés, tu ne pourras pas installer le SP2.

Comme je te l'ai demandé plus haut, as-tu le DVD Vista ?

je viens de retrouver les notes que je prends quand il se passe quelque chose de bizarre sur le pc: au demarrage, il y a une fenetre qui souvre, "rundll, erreur de chargement de c:\Users\abdou\AppData\Local\Temp\sshnas21.dll", puis windows update qui ne peut pas délécharger les MAJ. puis le processus hôte qui s'arrete

Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes Anti-Malware de RubbeR DuckY

Double-clique sur le fichier mbam-setup-1.46.exe (sous Vista et 7 autorise les modifications)
A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que les options suivantes soient cochées

• -Mettre à jour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  -Exécuter Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Clique sur Terminer
Une fenêtre Mise à jour de Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware va s'ouvrir avec une barre de progression.
Puis une autre annonçant le succès de la mise à jour de la base de données. Clique sur OK.
Le programme s'ouvre sur l'onglet Recherche.
Coche Exécuter un examen rapide, clique sur le bouton

A la fin du scan, sélectionne tout et clique sur Supprimer la sélection

Poste le rapport qui s'ouvre après cette suppression.
Redémarre le pc si cela est demandé
Tu peux retrouver le rapport dans l'onglet Rapports/Logs avec la date et l'heure d'exécution.

Belle brochette.
Si ton système est en 64bit tu ne tiens pas compte de ce qui suit.

Télécharge Combofix

IMPORTANT. Enregistre ComboFix.exe sur le Bureau.
Désactive les applications antivirus et anti-malware résidentes, en général via un clic droit sur l'icône de la Zone de notification, sinon elles risquent d'interférer avec l'outil.
Fais un double clic sur l'icône et suis les invites.


Lors de son exécution, ComboFix va vérifier si la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est installée.
Avec des infections comme celles d'aujourd'hui, il est fortement conseillé de l'avoir pré-installée sur le PC avant toute suppression de nuisibles.
Elle permettra de démarrer dans un mode spécial, de récupération (réparation), qui permet d'aider plus facilement si jamais l'ordinateur rencontre un problème après une tentative de nettoyage.
Suis les invites pour permettre à ComboFix de télécharger et installer la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows, et lorsque cela est demandé, accepte le Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final pour l'installer.

IMPORTANT : Si la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est déjà installée, ComboFix continuera ses procédures de suppression de nuisibles.



Une fois que la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est installée via ComboFix, le message suivant apparaitra :



Clique sur Oui/Yes, pour poursuivre avec la recherche de nuisibles.

Lorsque l'outil aura terminé, il affichera un rapport.
Surtout ne lance aucune application pendant le scan et après le redémarrage parfois nécessaire et provoqué.
Attends l'affichage du rapport
Copie le contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.
Il sera enregistré sous C:\Combofix.txt

je dois désactiver mnAfee? comment je fais? je n'arrive qu"à désactiver le pare feu de mcafee mais je ne sais pas le désactiver totalement
