Un "8" qui s'écrit tout seul dans mon moteur de recherche !

Bonjour,

Voilà quelque chose de très embêtant, depuis peu depuis quand je tape quelque chose dans mon moteur de recherche (Google) un "8" vient se positionner juste devant faussant ainsi tous les résultats de recherche.
Par exemple, si je veux taper sur Google "informatique", et que j'appuie sur "Entrée", il va y avoir écrit : "8 Informatique". Bizarre non?
Peut être est-ce un virus, je possède Avast et Malewarebytes.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée de ce que ça peut être et comment faire pour éradiquer le problème ?

il serait peut être judicieux de lui faire une vérification pour voir si elle na pas de virus
pars que hier elle avait un poste sur ce forum au sujet d'émail quel ne pouvait pas envoyer
ca paraissait suspect et comme je ne suis pas habiliter a traiter le sujet d'infection

Bonsoir bernard53 , non je n'ai pas validé de caractère spécial. C'est peut être un virus, je n'en sais rien. L'autre jour j'ai voulu télécharger un logiciel (SIW je crois) destiné à me permettre de retrouver mon mot de passe pour ouvrir Outlook mais que dalle et en plus je me suis choppé la barre de recherche Crawler toolbar avec ça! Je l'ai désinstallée mais je ne sais pas, peut être que ce truc m'a laissé un virus, pourtant Avast n'a rien détecté ni Malwarebytes...
(pjordy j'ai bien aimé : je te file le bébé) Si bernard53 ou d'autres ont un avis là dessus, n'hésitez pas à poster!

bon on va vérifier si un intrus n'est pas la.

Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau:

Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui se trouve sur ton bureau pour le lancer:
Pour VISTA :
Clic-droit et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".


Ensuite :
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Le rapport va se créer. Pour le mettre sur le forum.

Tout sélectionner : CRTL+ A
Tout copier : CRTL+ C
Tout coller : CRTL+ V

Vous pouvez, une fois posté, le fermer. Ce rapport s’appelle.log.txt

Le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque: C:\rsit\info.txt et C:\rsit\log.txt

Bonsoir et tout particulièrement à bernard53, me revoici avec internet retrouvé sur mon ordinateur, voici enfin le post attendu, j'ai de plus en plus de bugs en tout genre : programmes qui ne s'ouvrent pas, ou qui ne répondent plus, un mystérieux "8" qui vient se poser devant ma saisie tapée dans mon moteur de recherche, des connexions hasardeuses, je n'arrive même plus à mettre à jour mon Malwarebytes. Avast tourne sans problème par contre et Spybot n'a détecté aucun mouchard.
Comment résoudre tous ces problèmes?

Démarrer IE-->>Outils-->>Options Internet-->>Onglet avancé-->>REINITIALISER

Pour FireFox :
Démarre FireFox --> Outil Options --> Onglet général--> Restaurer la configuration par défaut.


si tu as toujours ce soucis, as tu essayer avec un autre clavier.

Bonjour bernard53 et merci de ton suivi ,

J'ai procédé à un scan avec Avast mis à jour, je n'ai apparemment pas de virus comme tu me l'as confirmé.

Pour Mozilla Firefox que j'utilise régulièrement, j'ai donc réinitialisé comme tu me l'as conseillé.
J'ai 2 espaces pour effectuer une recherche :
- dans la première longue ligne, où Google est configuré comme moteur de recherche, le "8" apparaît lorsque je tape ma recherche, voici l'image (sélectionne en full size après avoir cliqué sur l'image, c'est plus lisible ) :



-dans la 2ème petite ligne juste à côté ou Google est aussi configuré par défaut, aucun 8 n'apparaît lorsque je tape ma recherche. Voici l'image :




Concernant IE que je n'utilise guère, j'ai remis les valeurs par défaut également, Yahoo est configuré par défaut, aucun souci de "8" inopportun, voici l'image :



J'ai donc été voir dans la configuration de Google mais je ne trouve aucun 8 à enlever où que ce soit.
Depuis que j'ai installé par mégarde la barre Crawler (que je pense avoir enlevée de mon système) je me suis retrouvée avec ce genre de problème. J'observe que malgré mon action de désinstallation sur le DD, elle figure toujours dans le choix de moteur de recherche dans l'espace en haut à droite de ma fenêtre Mozilla.
Concernant le clavier, aucun souci.

**Pour Vista** : clique droit sur le raccourci qui est sur ton bureau: "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

Ensuite choisi l'option: L puis valide.

Le scan achevé, une fenêtre va s’afficher, mets le rapport ici s.t.p :bien:
(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Tu trouveras aussi le rapport sous C:\Ad-report(date).log
