Aide Firefox ne fonctionne plus[resolu]

Bonjour,

J'utilise FF 3.0.11 sous Vista SP2 comme navigateur par défaut.
Depuis aujourd'hui la recherche dans l'aide FF ne fonctionne plus. Quand je lance une recherche, elle démarre avec l'icone mobile mais n'aboutit jamais.
J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé FF sans succès.

Par ailleurs peut-on passer sans autre à la version 3:5 ou cette version présente encore des petits soucis?

Passe par le menu ? puis rechercher les mises à jour...

Essaie avec la version Mode sans échec dans le menu Windows, Tous les programmes Mozilla Firefox.
Dis nous si cela est mieux.

Re,
Télécharge RSIT de random/random, sur le Bureau :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer l'outil, il ne nécessite pas d'installation.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer si tu acceptes les conditions.
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et accepte la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt, celui qui va s'ouvrir et ferme info.txt qui est réduit dans la Barre des Tâches.

NB :
Ces rapports sont enregistrés dans le dossier C:\rsit
Sous Vista, il faut lancer le fichier en cliquant droit dessus et par Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Re,
Pas de trace d'infection apparente.
Vide les fichiers temporaires et le cache avec une outil comme CCleaner.
Télécharge CCleaner "Slim" de Piriform :
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds

Clique sur : CCleaner v2.20.9250- Slim / No Toolbar / 979 KB / Download now...(en bas).
Installes-le.
Dans Options, Avancé, tu retires la coche devant : Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
Dans Applications tu décoches Antivir Desktop si tu l'as et Open Office également.
Dans la page principale, (clic sur le pinceau à gauche), clique sur Analyse
Une fois celle-ci terminée, clique sur Lancer le nettoyage et confirme la suppression des fichiers.

Sous Vista procéder à l'élévation des privilèges pour un nettoyage complet.

Donne des nouvelles ensuite.

Le cache de navigation quand il est encombré gêne celle-ci.
CCleaner a nettoyé son contenu.
A faire de temps à autre.
