j'ai lu beaucoup de réponses et d'explications....différentes

Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:

Installes-le en cliquant sur HJT202Install.exe.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe
Important :
Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:

Installes-le en cliquant sur HJT202Install.exe.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe
- Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
Puis sans le fermer :
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
Tu le refermes pour le moment.
Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.
Important :

Dans Démarrer Exécuter tape: services.msc
Tu double-cliques sur chaque service suivant, si présent, et tu l'arrêtes, puis dans Type de démarrage tu désactives.

Dans le menu Windows, Tous les programmes, Accessoires tu cliques droit sur Invite de commandes et dans le menu sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre.

Dans le menu Windows, Tous les programmes, Accessoires tu cliques droit sur Invite de commandes et dans le menu sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre.

J'ai mis par défaut Firefox pour tout
Le problème est que orange démarre automatiquement...et
que l'on navigue depuis le fenêtre orange (web, `+ messagerie)
ET c'est Internet Explorer qui est là
donc même problème
Comment dire à Orange qu'il faut utiliser Firefox
Est ce possible. Je n'ai pas trouvé
Ce n'est pas mon PC, c'est celui d'une copine de 67 ans
Elle regarde ses mails et surf depuis cette fenêtre
Si on surf avec Firefox no problème ( pour l'instant)
Mais pour elle c'est compliqué
Parfois il y a des liens dans les mails qui pointent sur le net
Alors problème

En bas niveau de blocage, clmique sur la petite flèche noire et Choisis Haut : Bloquer toutes les fenêtres publicitaires.
