Logiciel qui cherche le site à l'ouverture

Bonjour,
J'ai un portable sous VISTA et je ne trouve pas comment désactiver la recherche du site de ce logiciel quand je l'ouvre ?
Ma connection est longue et j'ouvre plusieurs fois par jour mon logiciel de généalogie.
Je perds un temps fou à chaque fois que je l'ouvre car il se connecte d'office sur son site, comment désactiver cette fonction ?
Sur mon ancien ordi, avec XP, j'avais réussi à cocher les programmes dont je ne voulais pas qu'il cherche le site à l'ouverture, mais là, sur ce PC, je ne sais pas le faire !

Laisse faire l’installation par défaut.

Lance Hijackthis puis

**Un rapport va s’afficher et tu le poste ici **

CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
Tu le refermes pour le moment.

Le logiciel est : Hérédis 9.3
Ce qui serait bien, c'est qu'une fois qu'il nous a reconnu une fois dans la journée, il arrête de faire de nouveau la recherche autant de fois que je vais ouvrir ce logiciel dans la journée !

Ensuite tu as deux anti virus, très déconseillé.

Je pense que tu veux garder AVAST donc fait ceci.

Procédure pour bien supprimer Norton/Symantec

Tu télécharges cet OUTIL

Puis Démarrer Exécuter tape: services.msc

Tu double-cliques sur chaque service suivant, si présent, et tu l'arrêtes, puis dans Type de démarrage tu désactives.

Il y a aussi un dossier un supprimer dans C:\Programmes\Common Files\Symantec


Sinon aucune trace de ton logiciel au démarrage.
En fait qu'elle recherche fait il exactement?

Une fois mes demandes faites remets un nouveau rapport HijackThis pour contrôle s.t.p

dis moi tu n'as pas fait la demande concernant Sysmatec.

J'ai téléchargé l'outil, fait "exécuter", il a fait la supression de NORTON, mais ensuite, je ne vois pas ou on fait démarer, exécuter, il n'y a pas de possibilité pour taper quoi que ce soit !
Peux tu m'expliquer ou çà se trouve ?
Je ne suis pas habituée à faire des manip avec l'ordi, je suis plutot une novice en la matière !

Pour avancer Bernard ....

Tu tapes services dans Rechercher et tu cliques sur le programme Services, cela revient au même.

Voila, j'ai regardé dans "services", Merci Chantal , mais il n'y a aucune ligne qui correspond à celle que tu précises. j'ai fait une copie de ce qu'il y a dans services mais c'est tres long et je n'ose pas le mettre là çà va prendre une sacré place !
Dis moi ou l'envoyer !
