Comment désinstaller Windows média player ?

Oui ma partition "D" est un second DD
Je viens de transférer quelques morceaux de musiques sur mon DD C : .
1/ si je clique sur un morceau rien ne se passe.
2/ si je clique "ouvrir avec lecteur Windows média", j’ai la même fenêtre qui s’ouvre que la dernière que j'ai ajoutée.

As-tu installé un pack de codecs ?
Si non, installes Vista Codec Package 5.1.8, et dis-nous si WMP fonctionne mieux ?

Tu installes bien ce pack depuis une session administrateur ?
Essaye par clic-droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Si l'installation bloque toujours, désactive temporairement l'UAC :

• Panneau de configuration -> Comptes d'utilisateurs -> Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs
  -> décoches la case "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur" -> puis OK
  Tu dois redémarrer le PC.

Je ne sais plus si on te l'a déjà fait faire, mais le refaire ne mange pas de pain !

Applique aussi cette procédure :

• Démarrer --> Tous les programmes --> Accessoires --> Clic-droit sur Invite de commandes --> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur --> tu tapes
  sfc_/scannow
  _ étant un espace
  Tu laisses faire l'analyse.
  En fin d'analyse, un message t'indiquera si des fichiers corrompus ont été réparés.

  findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt
  Tu vas ensuite dans C:\Windows\System32 et tu recherches le fichier sfcdetails2.txt
  Tu fais un copier-coller dans ta réponse.

L'UAC est désactivée en permanence

Pas très prudent çà !!!!
Et avec un UAC désactivé, tu as des problèmes de droits sur au moins une clé de la Base de Registre .... embêtant, tout çà

Avant tout, l'UAC tu parles bien du compte utilisateurs ? Je l'ai réactivé.
Pour ce qui est de la manipulation dans "invite de commande' j'ai bien copié la ligne
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt mais je ne vois rien dans C:\Windows\System32 ou alors je ne pige pas.

Chantal, je ne voudrais pas abuser trop longtemps de ta patience. Je ne vais pas tarder à le passer par la fenêtre cet ordinateur de m...

Refais la procédure tranquillement :

Dans l'invite de commandes en tant qu'administrateur, tu copies-colles
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt

Puis tu devrais trouver le fichier sfcdetails2.txt dans
C:\Windows\System32

En cas affiche les fichiers et dossiers cachés, mais normalement cela ne devrait pas avoir d'incidence, puisque c'est un fichier texte.

Ce que tu peux faire aussi, c'est de refaire la commande
sfc /scannow et la fin de l'analyse, tu copies-colles
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt

N'oublie pas, puisque tu as réactivé l'UAC, d'exécuter en tant qu'administrateur par clic-droit.

Absolument rien en rapport avec ton problème avec Windows Média Player.
Il y a problème avec un driver Intel pour ton processeur.

Peut-être faudrait-il désinstaller la dernière mise à jour intel que tu as effectuée depuis le site de Ma-Config ?

Et vérifier alors sur le site du constructeur la mise à jour proposée.
C'est un Dell, ton PC ?
