Manque de fonction basique Vista sur portable MSI [résolu]

Bonjour

j ai un portable neuf , avec vista installe dessus
petit probleme qui prend de l ampleur

certaines fonctions ne peuvent s afficher

ex : clic droit , personnaliser

la fenetre s ouvre et se referme

idem pour : clic droit sur poste de travail et proprietes
pas moyen d ouvrir windows update

je suis desepere , j ai deja restaurer completement , ca a marche puis recommence

scan de spyboot scan de NOD 32 .......

j ai juste desinstalle norton livre avec le PC

d abord un truc que je ne pige pas trop
ton pc est neuf et tu bidouille en faisant une restauration complète alors que je suppose qu'il est encore sous garantie (enfin bref )

Dézippe-le dans un dossier ou sur ton Bureau.

Lance l'application (Hijackthis.exe) :

- Windows affiche : type fichier NTFS : impossible de verrouiller le lecteur en cours
CHKDSK ne peut s'exécuter parce que le volume est utilisé par un autre processus.
Voulez vous que ce volume soit vérifier au prochain démarrage : Oui ou Non
Valider O et Redémarrer le pc.

Fait ceci pour voir se qui n'as pas été réparé.

tapes cmd dans la recherche de Vista<ensuite clique droit sur la petite fenêtre noire nommée cmd.exe et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Nous restons dans l'invite de commandes en mode admin.
Tu y fais un copier-coller de :

findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt

Valides par Entrer
Ensuite tu vas dans ce dossier :
C:\Windows\System32\ et tu postes par copier-coller le rapport sfcdetails2.txt

bon d'après ce rapport ton soucis peux venir de "Microsoft-Windows-Sidebar" donc on vas faire un essai.

Tu vas donc le désactiver temporairement et ainsi vérifier s'il est vraiment en cause.
