à chaque reboot de mon pc, ou à chaque sortie de pause, j'ai le message suivant qui s'affiche:
Bluetooth software license file not found (2)
qqn pourrait-il me dire de quel fichier ou clef de registre est en cause ?
et comment y remédier ?

Il est fort possible qu'un nettoyage un peu agressif de la base de registre soit en effet la cause de ton problème.
D'autant plus que dans ce fil de discussion, tous ont ce même message, ont procédé à un nettoyage de registre et ont un HP
Quelques pistes y sont évoquées.

Mais puisque tu as passé un nettoyeur de registre, il est fort à parier que ce logiciel, quelqu'il soit, ait fait une sauvegarde de la base de registre avant le nettoyage, tu pourrais donc restaurer cette sauvegarde.
Si le problème est récent, tu peux aussi tenter une restauration système à une date antérieure.

Mais une autre précision importante :
Tu dis

(à moins que le virus Bagle en soit la cause)

tu as été infecté par Bagle ?

bonjour,
j'ai nettoyé ma base de register avec ccleaner, et regcleaner, et comme la plupart des bidouilleurs, je me dis "pourquoi faire une sauvegarde, je sais ce que je fais, perte de temps !", donc pas la peine de compter sur une restauration quelconque ...
oui, j'ai eu la joie de connaitre notre ami Bagle, vraie saloperie, qui m'a supprimé mon accès wi-fi, mon antivirus, à occupé le µpross à 99%, et me suis retrouvé dans l'impossibilité d'installer quoique ce doit...
merci à "Elibagle" qui m'a sorti de ce pétrin !

Bonjour,

une sauvegarde automatique m'a ensuite permis de restaurer le système à une date pas trop vieille, et ai retrouvé mon accès wi-fi;

C'est après la désinfection de Bagle, que tu as restauré le système.
Normalement, après une désinfection, on vide tous les anciens points de restauration pour éviter de re-contaminer le système.

On va faire une petite vérification de ton système :

• Hijackthis 2.0.2 de Trend Micro :
  
  Clique sur Download Hijackthis Executable et enregistre le dans ton dossier Téléchargement.
  Clic-droit -Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur sur pour installer.
  
  Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe
  
  Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher : "Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"
  
  Lance le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
  A la fin du scan, un bloc-notes va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
  Puis sans le fermer :
  • CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
  • CTRL+C pour copier
  • CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
  
  Tu refermes le fichier HJT1.txt.

Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse d'un Helper.

Quand ce point sera vérifié, on cherchera pour le bluetooth, mais en l'état, je te déconseille de re-bidouiller dans la base de registre sans éléments probants.
A la limite, si tu ne te sers pas du Bluetooth, tu peux désactiver le périphérique.

Procédure pour bien supprimer Norton/Symantec

Tu télécharges cet outil:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/IN ... =&osv_lvl=

Dans Démarrer Exécuter tape: services.msc

Tu double-cliques sur chaque service suivant, si présent, et tu l'arrêtes, puis dans Type de démarrage tu désactives.

LiveUpdate
LiveUpdate Notice Service
Planificateur LiveUpdate automatique

Puis tu lances Norton_Removal_Tools.exe

Dans Programmes et fonctionnalités tu désinstalles LiveUpdate.
Et tu redémarres.

Bonjour.

A part toutes les merdes installées par HP et ta version de Adobe Reader qui n'est pas à jour, je ne vois rien d'autre à dire.
Il y a deux choses dont je ne m'occupe pas car c'est le chemin de croix à chaque fois :
les webcams et les bluetooth.
Désolé.

Mais quelqu'un va bien te trouver une solution.

Une suggestion : sur le support HP en renseigant les références de ton PC, tu devrais trouver en téléchargement le logiciel adéquat pour le Bluetooth.
En le ré-installant, le message disparaîtrait peut-être ?

bonjour à tous,
j'ai fini par trouver un répertoire que je ne connaissans pas sur mon PC: swsetup
il y a dedans, dans des répertoires aux noms très ésotériques, tous les drivers utilisés dans le pc;
j'ai donc désinstallé/ré-installé le driver du bluetooth, et ça a l'air de fonctionner ...
