Re,

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D de Eric_71 :

Sur ton bureau, impératif.

**Recherche**

• Double clique sur le fichier ToolBar SD.exe, avec élévation des privilèges sous Vista.

• Coche la case "Je suis d'accord...ci-dessus", accepter la création du répertoire par Oui, puis Suivant et Quitter
  Une icône sera crée sur le bureau ToolBar SD

• Sous Vista, faire un clic droit et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (Elévation des privilèges.), puis Continuer.
  Dans la fenêtre DOS bleue, Tape F, Entrer.
  Ensuite tape 1 et Entrer.
  Le système va redémarrer et le scan prendra quelques minutes.
  Une fois terminé un rapport TB.txt va s'ouvrir.
  Tu cliques dessus et tu fais :
  CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
  CTRL+C pour tout mettre dans le presse-papier
  Tu ouvres une réponse sur le forum et tu fais :
  CTRL+V pour coller le rapport dans cette réponse.
  Tu fermes le rapport sur ton bureau et tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.
  Ce rapport sera enregistré à la racine du système : C:\TB.txt

**Désinfection**

• Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci.
  Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
  Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression.
  Un nouveau rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide.

Lance Hijackthis par Do a system scan only, sans autre application lancée.
Coche les lignes suivantes :

O20 - Winlogon Notify: c002B4E8 - C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\c002B4E8.mat

Clique sur Fix checked et referme le programme.

Refais un scan Antivir pour contrôle.

Poste le nouveau rapport Antivir et un nouveau rapport Hijackthis avec celui de Toolbar S&D

Tu me vires ces deux fichiers avant toute chose, car on va nettoyer pour rien, ce qui a été le cas jusqu'ici.

Bonjour

OtMoveIt3 de OldTimer :

Enregistres-le sur le Bureau.
Double-clique sur OTMoveIt2.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Note :
Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Copie toutes les lignes ci-dessous en citation par CTRL+C dans le presse-papier.

Dans OtMoveIt3, place le curseur dans la la fenêtre "Paste List Of Files/Folders to Move" et tu cliques sur CTRL+V pour coller le contenu du presse-papier.
Clique sur le bouton MoveIt!, le rouge.

Ferme l'outil.
Poste le contenu du rapport C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\********_******.log
Les * représentent Mois/Jour/Année_Heure/Minutes/Secondes

Lance Hijackthis par Do a system scan only, sans autre application lancée.
Coche les lignes suivantes :

Clique sur Fix checked et referme le programme.

Désinstalle Antivir comme prévu.
Si tu préfères le conserver en lieu et place de Norton, désinstalle Norton avec cette solution :

Mise à jour

Java Runtime Environment (JRE)6u10 :

Clique sur Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update10
Dans la page suivante, choisis Windows, dans Platform coche I agree to the Java SE Runtime Environment 6 License Agreement et Continue
Dans la nouvelle page, coche Windows Offline Installation, et clique sur jre-6u10-windows-i586-p.exe //15.52 MB.
Tu l'installeras hors connexion.
Dans Démarrer, tape appwiz.cpl, puis Entrée et supprime toutes les autres versions.

Suppression des outils

ToolsCleaner2 de A. Rothstein sur ton Bureau :

• Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe
  Clique sur Recherche et la liste des outils va s'afficher.
  Clique sur le bouton Suppression.
  Quitter.

Un fichier C:\TCleaner.txt sera créé, postes-le

Note :
Ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal.
S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :
CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"
Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera réapparaître le Bureau

Poste un nouveau rapport Hijackthis (avec ceux demandés plus haut) et donne des informations sur le comportement de ton ordinateur.
As-tu bien supprimé le fichier corrompu ?
