problème mises à jour code 80240016

Bonsoir,

Depuis plusieurs mois, j'ai des problèmes avec les mises à jour de Windows Vista et ça semble être apparu lorsque Update a tenté (en vain) d'installer le SP1. Depuis cela, je reçois des messages d'erreur divers et variés tels que le code 80240016 et il m'est impossible d'installer de nouvelles mises à jour, même manuellement et ça devient pesant pour l'utilisation. Je vous remercie de m'aider, mais je dois vous prévenir que je ne suis pas très douée...

merci bcp, mais lorsque je fais la première manipulation qui consiste à télécharger le lien "au check V78a..." eh bien une fenêtre DOS s'affiche et je suis pas très douée en anglais, mais si j'ai tout bien compris ça me dit que je suis pas administratrice et donc que je ne peux pas faire cette manipulation... alors que je suis administratrice (et seule utilisatrice) de mon ordinateur... est-ce que vous auriez une solution?

Tu cliques droit sur le fichier téléchargé et dans le menu tu cliques sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

D'accord, c'est ce que j'ai fais, mais ça marche tjs pas, alors j'ai été dans AULOGS et cliqué sur downloads, mais lorsque je clique sur le lien qui s'affiche à télécharger, un nouvel onglet d'internet d'ouvre et ça affiche page vierge, mais rien ne se passe...

Suite a IE7 qui ma parait bien bizarre, fait ceci stp.

Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau:

Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui se trouve sur ton bureau pour le lancer:


Ensuite :



Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Le rapport va se créer. Pour le mettre sur le forum.

Tout sélectionner : CRTL+ A
Tout copier : CRTL+ C
Tout coller : CRTL+ V

[:fml:8] Vous pouvez, une fois posté, le fermer. Ce rapport s’appelle.log.txt

Le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque: C:\rsit\info.txt et C:\rsit\log.txt

je ne suis pas sûre d'avoir tout compris... tu veux que je fasse copier/coller de tout ce qui figure dans le bloc note quand je télécharge le lien et que je te le mettre en réponse?

Oui télécharge RSIT et fait un copier coller du rapport qui vas s'afficher après le scan. ( 1 a 2 minutes)

Pas de signe d'infection en tout cas.

Fait ceci pour accéder a hijackthis qui a été renommé.

Démarrer>Exécuter ou (Touche windows+R) puis fait un copier coller de ceci.

C:\Program Files\trend micro

Ensuite clique droit sur Sophie.exe puis

Relance Sophie.exe >puis : Do a system scan only > coche ces lignes: ensuite valides sur Fix checked

d'accord, alors j'ai tout fais ce que tu m'as dis, mais de nouveau, lorsqu'il s'agit de lancer le programme d'installation de l'agent Update, eh bien la fenêtre pour cliquer sur "suivant" ne s'affiche pas et à la place j'ai droit à un message d'erreur qui dit que "Le programme d'installation de l'agent Windows Update a détecté une erreur irrécupérable" et j'ai pas d'autre choix que de cliquer sur "OK", ça ferme la fenêtre et il ne se passe plus rien!

J'admire ta patience...

mon internet plante lorsque j'essaie de coller ce que je copie du "bloc-notes Windows Update"...

(A propos, j'ai trouvé l'ongler "réinitialiser" dans les paramètres de Internet explorer, comme tu me l'avais demandé ces derniers jours, car ça n'était pas en faisant "clic-droit" sur l'icône du bureau que j'y arrivais, mais depuis la page d'accueil d'internet... en revanche je n'y ai pas touché, je voulais simplement te dire que je l'ai trouvé en si besoin...)
