Bonsoir.

Infection par Messenger Skinner installé avec Messenger plus.

Exécutes les deux manips à la suite.

1° : Détection

1°- Télécharge Navilog1 de Il_Mafioso : http://pagesperso-orange.fr/il.mafioso/ ... vilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

2°- Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

Vas dans "Démarrer" puis "Panneau de configuration".
Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" et sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs".
Clique sur "Continuer".
Décoche la case "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur".
Valide par "OK" et redémarre.

3°- Une fois redémarré, double clique sur "navilog1.exe" pour lancer l'installation.
L'installation terminée, fais un clic-droit sur le raccourci "Navilog1" présent sur ton bureau et choisis :
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". C'est impératif.

Au menu principal, Fais le choix "1"
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse.
Referme le blocnote.

2° : Désinfection

Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts.
Veille à ce que le le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit toujours désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci "Navilog1" présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". Impératif.

Au menu principal, Fais le choix "2"
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même.
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle, celle qui est infectée.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver et à le poster dans ta réponse.
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

Note : Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela fera réapparaitre ton bureau.

Bonsoir.

Doucement, le coup n'est pas terminé.

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D de Eric_71 :
http://eric.71.mespages.googlepages.com/ToolBarSD.exe
Sur ton bureau, impératif.

**Recherche**

Double clique sur le fichier ToolBar SD.exe, avec élévation des privilèges sous Vista.

Coche la case "Je suis d'accord...ci-dessus", accepter la création du répertoire par Oui, puis Suivant et Quitter
Une icône sera crée sur le bureau ToolBar SD

Sous Vista, faire un clic droit et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (Elévation des privilèges.), puis Continuer.
Dans la fenêtre DOS bleue, Tape F, Entrer.
Ensuite tape 1 et Entrer.
Le système va redémarrer et le scan prendra quelques minutes.
Une fois terminé un rapport TB.txt va s'ouvrir.
Ce rapport sera enregistré à la racine du système : C:\TB.txt

**Désinfection**

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci.
Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression.
Un nouveau rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide.

**Désinstallation**

Dans le menu Windows, Tous les programmes Toolbar S&D, tu cliques sur Désinstaller Toolbar S&D.
Valide par OK et OK sur les deux popups qui suivent.
Supprime le dossier C:\Toolbar SD et le fichier C:\TB.txt

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware de RubbeR DuckY
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option Mettre à jour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soit cochée. Clique sur "Terminer"
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur le bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free, clique sur OK.
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger et referme le programme.

Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware par clic droit sur l'icône du bureau et "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
Onglet "Recherche", coche Exécuter un examen complet et Rechercher
Sélectionne ton disque dur et clique sur Lancer l'examen

A la fin du scan, sélectionne tout et clique sur Supprimer la sélection
Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport avec celui de ToobarS&D et un nouveau Hijackthis en mode normal après redémarrage
Il se trouve dans l'onglet Rapports/Logs avec la date et l'heure d'exécution

Bonsoir.

Si je te demande de passer Malwarebytes ce n'est pas pour jouer mais parce qu'une infection restante , Vundo, devrait être éradiquée par lui.
Merci donc de me poster le rapport après suppression avec un nouvel Hijackthis

Il faut également supprimer ce fichier qui risque de déclencher une infection plus dangereuse et plus difficile à enrayer sous Vista.

Qui t'a parlé de Combofix et préconisé son usage ?

Bonjour.

Je trouve que ton attitude manque un peu de respect à mon égard.
Je conduis une désinfection et tu ne sembles pas me faire confiance ce qui devrait être un minimum.
Combofix est un outil délicat à manier et non sans risques.
J'en connais parfaitement l'existence et si je ne l'ai pas préconisé jusqu'alors c'est que d'autres outils permettent de venir à bout de tes problèmes.
Malwarebytes viens à bout de Vundo.

Dans Hijackthis lancé par Do a system scan only, lancé avec élévation des privilèges, tu coches :

Il faut mettre à jour Java :
-Java Runtime Environment (JRE)6u10 First Customer Ship :

Clique sur Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update10
Dans la page suivante, choisis Windows dans Platform coche I agree to the Java SE Runtime Environment 6 License Agreement et Continue
Dans la nouvelle page, coche Windows Offline Installation, et clique sur jre-6u10-windows-i586-p.exe //15.52 MB.
Tu l'installeras hors connexion.
Dans Démarrer, tape appwiz.cpl, puis Entrée et supprime toutes les autres versions.

Il reste à supprimer les outils utilisés pour la désinfection.

Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 de A. Rothstein sur ton Bureau :

Clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe avec élévation des privilèges.
Clique sur Recherche et la liste des outils va s'afficher.
Clique sur le bouton Suppression.
Quitter.

Un fichier C:\TCleaner.txt sera créé, postes-le

Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal.
S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"
Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera réapparaître le Bureau

Nettoyage des fichiers temporaires.
Télécharge CCleaner "Slim" de Piriform :
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds.aspx

Clique sur : CCleaner v2.13.720 - Slim / No Toolbar / 873 KB / Download now...(en bas).
Installes-le.
Dans Options, Avancé, tu retires la coche devant : Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
Dans la page principale, (clic sur le pinceau à gauche), clique sur Analyse
Une fois celle-ci terminée, clique sur Lancer le nettoyage et confirme la suppression des fichiers.
Conseil.
Se limiter à cette utilisation de CCleaner

Défragmente ton système.

Mets tes pilotes à jour.

Télécharge le SP1 et désactive ton antivirus avant le l'installer.
