Crash suite a un pb explorateur

suite a l intallation d un 2eme disque dur mais je suis pas sur que ce soit lié
j avais deja eu des bug auparavant.....
arret de l explorateur, message windows recherche une solution blabla
et peu apres fond d ecran vide et barre de taches absente ou ecran bleu
message : 0*0000007e(0*c0000005,0*00000000,0*8b558798,0*8b558494)
bug precedent et avant le 2eme disque, crash durant les scans malewarebytes

j ai nettoye le pc, avast a trouver des troyens a detruire (pas de quarantaine), sur des logiciels deja installes
depuis un moment
reparation du pc avec le dvd vista

qq un a une piste de recherche? merci

tu as vérifier avant de continuer a installer un autre disque dur et un autre logiciel que ton pc est vraiment clean.

Voici les causes possible avec ton erreur.

Et fournis les rapports de nettoyage avec un log Hijackthis, bernard53 se fera un plaisir de faire le bilan de ton pc.
Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:

Installes-le.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe

Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
Puis sans le fermer :

• CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
  CTRL+C pour copier
  CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse

Tu le refermes pour le moment.
Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.


Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

bernard, non le pc etait pas forcement clean quand j ai installe le 2eme disque !

sinon je colle mon rapport hijackthis mais avant en etant attentive je pourrais noter le fichier qui fait planter malwarebytes, je sais que c est dans win 32.

Precision : j ai telecharge multi virus cleaner, ce matin un scan de windows vu que c est lui qui a l air de poser pb,
virus eicar test swing (safe) trouvé, je crois que c est un truc de symantec que j ai un jour telecharger pour tester ma protection mais je ne suis pas sûr, localisation du virus : c:\windows\installer\1bcc318.msp
Je n ai pas supprime, pour l instant

alors, ok je touche pas a c:\windows\installer\1bcc318.msp

ensuite spyware terminator je l utilise mais exclusivement pour faire des scans complementaires

pour finir, heu désolée, je suis pas une lumiere, , ce que je dois fixed c est dans regedit?
mais y a des trucs que je veux au demarrage la dedans et j ai regarde un peu j arrive meme pas a bien trouver les chemins
je sais je suis nulle mais j essaie de progresser promis

si qqun peu poursuivre le guide pour nulle un peu en panique

malgre tout je maitrise rien des changement que cela va operer

et re oups, peer gardian, j avais pas repondu, il est desactive, je vais le desinstaller
je confirme il ne marche pas avec vista, il ne repere rien mais il ne provoque pas d instabilité

sinon STP ne m'appelles pas Papy car je suis encore trop jeune ou alors mais enfants pas assez vieux pour en avoir des enfants a leur tour.

Au secours c est mon pc qui devient papy,
j ai fixed les lignes que tu m as indiquées Bernard
j ai fait un back up, redemarrer le pc et la horreur a la page de choix de session
plus de souris plus de clavier, ARRRRRRGGGGGGGG

je tente de reparer avec le DVD, "aucun pb de demarrage"
retauration en desespoir de cause, "aucune restauration enregistrer"

je me doute bien qu il faudrait que je puisse restaurer ce que j ai inhibe dans hijackthis
mais il est sous le disque avec vista

là j ai demarrer un autre disque en parallele avec xp (pas une mince affaire non plus)

Rien a voir avec hijackthis .
Les lignes fixées ont pour seules but de ne pas lancer au démarrage tous ces logiciels du pc et ainsi permettre un démarrage plus rapide.

Pour ton backup tu as voulu faire une sauvegarde complète ou seulement des fichiers ou dossiers.

juste la restauration systeme, pas une sauvegarde complete

par contre je te confirme que je n ai rien fait avant tes manip dans hijackthis et mon pc demarrait sans pb

tu as donc fixer les lignes avec hijackthis puis valider avec Fix checked et après tu as redémarré ton pc et c'est a ce moment que ta session est bloqué.

Est ce cela, ou tu as fait une autre manip en plus.
