J'ai un pc portable dell avec vista familiale premium (pack 1).
Voila mes problèmes depuis 3 jours:
-Impossible d'arrêter mon pc, il se bloque sur "fermeture de session". Je dois l'arrêter avec l'interrupteur.
-Impossible de passer en mode sans échec, au final j'ai un écran noir avec pour inscription dans les 4 coins de l'écran : "mode sans échec".
- L'icone de ma connection internet est barré d'une croix rouge alors que je peux naviguer sur internet.
- Windows update me propose des mises à jour, mais elles ne se téléchargent pas.
Il y a 3 jours, j'ai fait un scan avec mon antivirus Nod32. Il a mis en quarantaine un virus Zapchast.

Apparemment, c'est un problème récurrent chez Dell : il faut désactiver le service "Dell Wireless WLAN Tray Service". Pour la manip, elle est expliquée sur ce lien :

Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US ... e=download
Installes-le.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe
Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
Puis sans le fermer :
Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.
Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

Un autre problème est que je ne peux pas désinstaller kiwee. En passant par désinstallation de programmes, la désinstallation reste figée sur "préparation de la désinstallation"

Pas de processus illégitime.
Dans le Menu Windows, Tous les programmes, Accessoires tu cliques droit sur Invite de commandes et dans la fenêtre DOS qui s'ouvre tu tapes sfc /scannow.
Il te faudra peut-être inséré ton DVD d'installation ou de restauration.

Pour info il faut taper: sfc /SCANNOW (en majuscules).
Résultat :
scan effectué à 100%
"le programme de protection des ressources Windows n'a trouvé aucune violation d'intégrité".
En plus des problèmes déjà mentionnés, voila que certains programmes refusent de s'ouvrir comme mon logiciel de gravure Roxio ou word par exemple.
Si je fait une réinstallation du système, je devrais réinstaller tous mes logiciels ? Et vais-je perde des fichiers ?
