Voilà j'ai récement eu un problème avec mon ordinateur et lorsque je le lance j'ai sa qui apparait ,

J'ai essayé avec ce tuto qui a été donné autre part sur le forum http://www.forum-vista.net/reparer-vista-avec-winre-279 , et donc cela me fait "Windows is loading files" après j'ai la barre de chargement puis après j'ai le fond d'écran vista et l'icone de la souris que je peux bouger mais je n'ai aucune fenetre qui s'ouvre pour faire réparer l'ordinateur , en gros j'ai cette image :
avec le curseur de la souris mais rien d'autre , pouvez vous m'aidez cordialement,
