je viens de voir sur l'ordi de mes parents qu'a l'ouverture de session avast s'est incruster en demandant n° de clef de registre....
ils ne savent pas trop comment c'est arrivé (desolé ils sont d'un certain age ou d'un age certain).
j'ai essayé de le desintalle avec panneau ce config programme desintalle rien...
avec c cleaner idem......il me rit au nez lol....
comment faire pour ne plus voir cette incruste.... merci a vous

Bonjour,j'ai eu une fois ce problème essaie de réinstaller avast et ensuite si tu n en veux plus tu le désinstalles normalement cela devrait allez c'est comme cela que j'ai fait et tous est rentrer dans l ordre.

c'est surement un des faux antivirus du vers confiker rien ne se désinstaller c'est internet qui a le contrôle de ton ordinateur

Il s'agit tout simplement de l'avertissement du renouvellement de licence.

Et lancer Avast par l'icône du bureau puis copier-coller le noveau numéro dans le petit cartouche qui va s'ouvrir.

Peux-tu faire ce qui suit :
Télécharge RSIT de random/random, sur le Bureau:

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer l'outil, il ne nécessite pas d'installation.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer si tu acceptes les conditions.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et accepte la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt, celui qui va s'ouvrir et ferme info.txt qui est réduit dans la Barre des Tâches.

NB :
Ces rapports sont enregistrés dans le dossier C:\rsit
Sous Vista, il faut lancer le fichier en cliquant droit dessus et par Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Bonjour.

Donc tout est normal concernant Avast.
Il faut renouveler la licence comme déjà dit plus haut avec le lien.
Il y a une infection Navipromo sur ce pc.

Télécharge Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : http://pagesperso-orange.fr/il.mafioso/ ... vilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

Vas dans "Démarrer" puis "Panneau de configuration".
Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" et sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs".
Clique sur "Continuer".
Décoche la case "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur".
Valide par "OK" et redémarre.

Télécharge Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : http://pagesperso-orange.fr/il.mafioso/ ... vilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Double clique sur "navilog1.exe" pour lancer l'installation.

1° : Détection

L'installation terminée, fais un clic-droit sur le raccourci "Navilog1" présent sur ton bureau et choisis :
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". C'est impératif.

Au menu principal, Fais le choix "1"
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.

Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse.
Referme le blocnote.
Il sera enregistré sous fixnavi.txt dans %systemdrive%. (en général C:\)

Et ensuite il y aura quelques petits nettoyages à effectuer.
