Pb réinstallation VISTA Integrale et restauration système impossibles

Bonjour tout le monde,
Je rencontre un souci lorsque je veux réinstaller Windows Vista Intégrale 32 bits à l'aide du DVD : la mise à jour est grisée.
Je ne peux également pas effectuer de restauration système de Windows car elle échoue au redémarrage avec le message suivant : "Une erreur non spécifié s'est produite durant la restauration du système".

Merci de bien vouloir m'aider. (N'hésitez pas à me poser des questions, je répondrai en détail sur ce que j'ai déjà effectué).

Bonjour,

Pour réinstaller Vista par une mise à niveau, il faut le faire depuis ta session ouverte.

Pour la restauration système, tente-la après avoir démarré en mode sans échec.

En ce qui concerne la restauration système, même problème en mode sans échec.

Si la mise à niveau est grisée, c'est donc que le DVD ne correspond pas à ton Vista installé.
Tu dois certainement avoir un Vista SP2 installé, vérifier quel Vista sur le DVD, avec ou sans SP2.

Alors, mon Vista installée est une version intégrale en 32 bits avec SP2.
Je possède d'origine un dvd de Vista version OEM et sans SP2.
Je ne peux donc pas faire de Mise à niveau avec, ça d'accord.

En effet, avec ce DVD, tu devrais pouvoir appliquer la mise à niveau.
Tu lances bien le DVD depuis ta session ouverte ? Session Administrateur ?

Voilà qui est bien embêtant si la mise à niveau est grisée.
Elle est juste grisée, il n'y a aucune indication sur le pourquoi de ce blocage ?

La Mise à niveau est grisée et le message suivant est affiché :

La mise à niveau a été désactivée.
- Votre configuration de Windows ne peut pas être mise à niveau.


J'ai déjà essayé de désinstaller Microsoft PowerShell car j'ai lu sur un forum qu'il pouvait empêcher la mise à niveau, mais cela n'a rien changé..

Bonjour,

Voilà qui est bien curieux.

Ton Vista actuel semble bien endommagé.

Tente une réparation globale avec cet outil :

Windows Repair :

• Sur cette page Tweaking.com, télécharge la version portable Windows Repair (lien Direct Download) et enregistre le fichier sur le Bureau
• Décompresse le fichier tweaking.com_windows_repair_aio.zip (clic-droit -> Extraire tout)
• Double-clique sur l'icône Repair_Windows.exe pour lancer l'outil
  /!\ Sous Vista et Windows 7, il faut lancer le fichier par clic-droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
• Sur le menu principal, clique sur l'onglet Step 2, puis sur Open Pre Repairs Scan
  
• Ouvre le scan dans une nouvelle fenêtre avec le bouton, puis cliquez sur Start Scan
  
• Patiente le temps de l'analyse. Si des problèmes ont été trouvés, enregistre et poste ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
• Clique sur l'onglet Step 3, puis sur Open Check Disk At Next Boot et accepte la demande de redémarrage
  
• Après la vérification du disque et redémarrage, clique sur l'onglet Step 4 puis sur Do It et laisse l'outil procéder à la vérification et réparation des fichiers système
  
• A la fin de l'analyse, referme Windows Repair et redémarre le PC
• Au redémarrage, relance Windows Repair, clique sur l'onglet Step 5, puis sur Create sous System Restore pour créer un point de restauration
• Ensuite, clique sur l'onglet Repairs puis sur Open Repairs
  
• Clique de nouveau sur Start et coche exactement les mêmes options indiquées ci-dessous
  
• Ferme toutes les applications, y compris ton navigateur et clique sur Start Repairs
• Laisse l'outil travailler et redémarre le PC si cela ne s'est pas fait automatiquement

J'ai cliqué sur "repair environnent variables" et j'ai bien effectué les étapes suivantes.
J'ai ensuite retenté une restauration ainsi qu'une tentative de mise à niveau, sans succès..

Dans ce cas, je ne vois pas d'autre solution qu'une réinstallation complète de Vista ou l'installation d'un système plus récent comme Windows 10.

J'ai voulu installer Windows 7 et lorsque je sélectionne la mise à niveau, le message suivant s'affiche :
Pour mettre Windows à niveau, les répertoires Users, Program Files et Windows doivent se trouver sur la même partition. La mise à niveau alors que ces répertoires ne sont pas sur une même partition n’est pas prise en charge. Le déplacement de ces répertoires pour qu’ils se trouvent sur la même partition n’est pas pris en charge non plus. À la place, vous pouvez installer une nouvelle copie de Windows 7 Édition Intégrale, mais cette opération n’est pas une mise à niveau et ne conserve pas vos fichiers, paramètres et programmes. Vous devez réinstaller tous les programmes à l’aide des disques ou fichiers d’installation d’origine. Pour enregistrer vos fichiers avant d’installer Windows, sauvegardez-les sur un média externe, tel qu’un CD, DVD ou disque dur externe. Pour installer une nouvelle copie de Windows 7 Édition Intégrale, cliquez sur le bouton Précédent dans le coin supérieur gauche et sélectionnez « Personnalisée (option avancée) ».


N'y-at'il pas moyen d'installer Windows quand même tout en gardant ces dossiers à leur emplacement car je possède un SSD de 256 go sur lequel sont installés Windows et les programmes et un HDD de 1 To où sont mes dossiers Utilisateurs et autres données ?
