Tout ceci concerne les IME, Imput Method Editor, qui sert pour les caractères chinois par exemple.
A priori sans rapport, bien que IE est tellement imbriqué dans le système...
As-tu essayé un chargement manuel de IE9 ?

Salut,tu as quoi comme message d'érreur a l'installation?
Tu as éssayé de réinitialiser IE8 avant d'installer IE9?

Avec ce genre de fichiers corrompus, on ne peut ni supprimer, ni réinstaller et bien sur pas aller à la version supérieure C'est comme ça!

Pardon mais cela se fait comment de réiniatiliser IE8

Il faut Vista SP2 il me semble pour installer IE9
