MAJ SP2 Vista

Bonjour à tous,

Suite à un problème de spouleur imprimante chez un ami, je me suis rendu compte que la maj de Vista SP2 s'était mal passé... J'ai donc essayé de réinstaller à partir d'un package téléchargé (sans passer par Windows update). Malheureusement l'installation ne s'effectue pas et j'obtiens un message d'erreur au redémarrage (voir image ci jointe). Je suis en train d'essayer en mode sans échec mais je ne suis pas confiant... Pas trouvé d'aide sur le net!

Ton image n'est pas présente.

Bon, l'installation du sp2 a été pas mal débattue sur le forum (moins que sp1 malgré tout).

Désolé pour l'image!! Je viens de la rajouter :mrgreen:
En ce qui concerne tes liens, j'avais consulté la base de connaissance de Krosoft (2ème lien) mais sans succès. Pour le 3ème lien, je me le garde sous le coude car je ne suis pas devant le PC! En tout cas merci pour tes réponses!
L'installation en mode sans échec n'a pas fonctionné... quelle surprise!

Bonsoir,

Peut-être pourrais-tu aussi vérifier l'intégrité des fichiers système :

Menu Démarrer / zone de recherche en bas, taper cmd => en haut de la fenêtre démarrer, clic droit sur cmd.exe "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
Dans la fenêtre qui vient de s'ouvrir, taper sfc /scannow

Laisser faire l'analyse (environ une 10zaine de minutes) puis noter le message.
Si celui-ci indique aucune violation d'intégrité du système, alors c'est OK.

Par contre, si des erreurs sont détectées lancer la commande ci-dessous (tjs en tant qu'administrateur) :
findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails2.txt

puis rechercher sfcdetails2.txt dans C:\Windows\System32 et en poster le contenu.

Bonsoir,

C'est ce que je craignais ... il y a pas mal de fichiers endommagés !
Dans un 1er temps, on va essayer de refaire un sfc /scannow (toujours en tant qu'administrateur) mais en mode sans échec.
Tu redémarres et au moment du chargement du bios, tu tapotes la touche F8 ; puis tu choisis "démarrer en mode sans échec" et tu pratiques de la même façon que tout à l'heure pour le sfc ...
Poste à nouveau le résultat.

Une fois ceci terminé, tu refais un sfc mais en mode normal, comme la toute 1ère fois.
Poste également celui-ci, on verra si il y a eu amélioration.

Petite question : as-tu le dvd Vista qui t'a servi à l'installation ?

Je n'ai pas le CD de Vista c'est un PC de marque HP avec une partition de restauration. Merci de ton aide.

Bonsoir,

Bon, on va tenter de réparer les fichiers suivants (ou plutôt on va essayer de les remplacer).

Ces fichiers sont :

DfsShlEx.dll
nlmgp.dll
AuthFWSnapin.dll
MpCmdRun.exe
PresentationHost.exe

Ces fichiers doivent se trouver dans C:\Windows\System32
sauf MpCmdRun.exe qui se trouve dans C:\Program Files\Windows Defender.

Tu redémarres le PC en mode sans échec.
Tu ouvres une invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur, puis pour chaque fichier tu copies et colles les commandes suivantes en faisant "Entrée" entre chaque (je te le donne pour le 1er fichier - DfsShlEx.dll - mais c'est à faire aussi pour les autres) :

1/ takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\DfsShlEx.dll
2/ icacls C:\Windows\System32\DfsShlEx.dll /grant administrators:F.
3/ copy E:\Windows\System32\DfsShlEx.dll C:\Windows\System32\DfsShlEx.dll

Pour la 3/ vérifie que E: soit bien ta partition de Restauration. Vérifie également que ces fichiers (ceux que l'on veut réparer) se trouvent bien dans la partition de restauration.

Tu relances un sfc /scannow et ... on attends ton résultat.

Salut Lool,

Bon suite à une réponse de l'assistance technique microsoft, j'ai téléchargé un correctif correspondant à http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821/fr. Malheureusement écran noir au redémarrage avec l'erreur :
!! 0xc0190036 !! 898/46805 (msvcrt.dll)
J'ai essayé de redémarrer avec la dernière bonne configuration (menu du mode sans échec) mais le pc redémarre sans cesse!
Je n'ai pas réussi à restaurer à un état précédent par le menu démarrer... Mon seul salut, je suis en train de faire un chkdsk /r sur mon c: mais j'ai très peur...
Comme si cela ne suffisait pas : impossible de démarrer en mode sans échec, je bloque sur crcdisk.dll et redémarre...

Merci pour le lien mais j'ai essayé et ça ne change rien, j'avais déjà accès à la console de récupération qui m'indique que je fonctionne en mode diagnostic et que je ne peux pas restaurer!

J'espère que tu avais fait des sauvegardes de tes données.
Je pars en déplacement et ne pourrais pas suivre ce sujet pendant plusieurs jours.

Je ne suis pas devant le PC en question mais en démarrant l'outil de réparation puis l'invite de commande, j'ai le moyen de démarrer regedit donc éventuellement msconfig! Cela pourrait m'être d'une quelconque aide? En tout cas pas de nouvelle de la personne de Microsoft qui m'a fait exécuter cette maj de m...e.

Bonjour,

Je ne vois pas bien comment tu peux exploiter msconfig si tu es en "mode sans échec avec invite de commande" ...
Par contre, si tu réussis à te logguer sous ce mode, tu peux retenter un sfc /scannow puis d'essayer de les réparer par la méthode évoquée plus haut.
Il se peut qu'il y ait d'autres fichiers système endommagés ... il faut les repérer.

Bon, tout ceci est ceci est loin d'être garanti d'une totale réussite ... essaye-le avant d'en arriver à la dernière issue de la réinstallation.

Comme je te l'ai dit, je pars en déplacement et ne pourrais pas suivre ce sujet pendant quelques jours.
N'hésite pas à relancer le sujet pour demander de l'aide ... voir en ouvrir un nouveau qui fait référence à celui-ci.

Pour msconfig, je compte exécuter taskmgr puis dans la fenêtre faire nouvelle tache et msconfig... On verra
Pour sfc /scannow, j'aurais bien voulu mais voila la réponse:
"une réparation système en attente nécessite la fin du redémarrage. Redémmarrez windows et exécutez de nouveau sfc"
J'ai beau redémarré, j'ai tout le temps ce message.
