bonjours à tous,
depuis janvier, j'essaye d'installer tant bien que mal windows live messenger 2009!! et une fois le progamme installer il m'ait impossible de l'ouvir, une fenétre s'ouvre et me dit :"windows live messenger à cesser de fonctionner". D'ailleur, méme quand je met ma webcam sur l'autre version d'msn, j'ai la méme réponse !! et le progamme se ferme. Concernant windows live messenger il me semble avoir tout essayé : désinstallé pour réinstaller, "réparer" on me me met un triangle avec un point d'exclamation devant : "tooblar" mais aucune solution , a part redémarrer votre ordinateur et là encore apré cela toujours le même problème.
Ebbudy ossi me semble inaccecible : l'aide support windows m'indique que le problème viendrai de la prévention et de l'exécution des données :/ j'ai deja essayer de résoudre le problème mais je n'y arrive pas à désactiver la prévention des données pour une programme spécifique .
En effet, lorsque j'active la prévention des données pour tout les programmes et les services, sauf pour ceux que j'ai séléctionner : (il m'est impossible d'ajouter quoique se soit).
Aidez moi s'il vous plait !!!

Laisse faire l’installation par défaut.

Lance Hijackthis puis

**Un rapport va s’afficher et tu le poste ici **

CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
Tu le refermes pour le moment.

Télécharge >>OTMoveIt3<< (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

>> Pour VISTA : Clic-droit et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

>> AVAST reconnait ce logiciel comme un intrus, donc le désactiver le temps des manipulations.

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3



Clique sur pour lancer la suppression.
attendre la fin du travail de l'outil puis fermer OTMoveIt3.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results.
Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\*******_******.log


NB: Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.
si c'est le cas accepte par Oui/Yes.


Ensuite ceci.

Installe Malewarebytes' Antimalware,
Téléchargement et tuto

Met-le à jour puis passe en mode sans échec :
http://www.pcloisirs.eu/mode_sans_echec.htm

Choisi, Exécuter un examen complet (environ 1 à 2 heures)
Si une infection est trouvée, coche la case a coté et valides avec l’Onglet Supprimer la sélection

Poste le rapport final.
il est conseillé de désactivé Tea-Timer si tu as Spybot-S&D juste le temps du scan.

Voici comment faire: Lancez Spybot-S&D, passez en Mode avancé via le Menu Mode (en haut) ? cliquez sur Oui ? choisissez Outils dans la barre de navigation sur la gauche ? Résident et là vous pouvez décocher les cases situées devant les deux outils.

Nouveau rapport HijackThis après avoir fait tout cela.

je reçois le résultat dans le cadre "resultat" cependant on me demande de redémarrer avant méme que je clique sur exit pour fermer, du coup je ne peut pas voir le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMovelt\MovedFiles\*******_******.log
