Me revoila,

En fermant la page suite à ma réponse ci-dessus, j'ai de nouveau eu un envahissement de mon écran par des feuilles réduites qui se multipliaient avec pour titre soit: Contact... ou : Aucun périphérique... j'ai dû relancer un redémarrage pour arrêter cette multiplication à l'infini.

Quel est donc ce virus qui résiste tant ?

Ensuite ceci

Télécharge >>OTMoveIt3<< (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

[:fml:8]Pour VISTA : Clic-droit et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous:

c:\users\jacques pasquini\appdata\local\ywewsoa.exe

[Reboot]

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3



Clique sur pour lancer la suppression.
attendre la fin du travail de l'outil puis fermer OTMoveIt3.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results.
Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\*******_******.log


NB: Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.
si c'est le cas accepte par Oui/Yes.


Esnuite tu as deux anti virus. Pas besoin, rsique de conflit.

Il faut que tu chossisses.

si tu veux désinstaller AVAST. Télécharge cet utilitaire de désinstallation ici.

Passe celui ci en mode sans échec.

Sinon pour mcafee ici.

Ensuite ceci.

Fais Démarrer > Exécuter et saisis services.msc puis OK.
Dans la liste des services cherche celui nommé précisément :

McAfee Services (mcmscsvc)
McAfee Network Agent (McNASvc)
McAfee Scanner (McODS)
McAfee Proxy Service (McProxy)
McAfee Real-time Scanner (McShield)
McAfee SystemGuards (McSysmon)
McAfee Personal Firewall Service (MpfService)
McAfee Anti-Spam Service (MSK80Service)

Double-clique dessus.

Dans Statut du service, clique sur Arrêter.
Dans Type de démarrage, choisis Désactiver.
Fais OK pour fermer toutes les fenêtres.


Ensuite fait ceci.
Désinstallation manuelle de VirusScan

1. Téléchargez le fichier VSCleanupTool.exe sur votre bureau.
2. Localisez le fichier VSCleanupTool.exe sur votre bureau et cliquez deux fois dessus pour l'exécuter.
3. L'outil de suppression planifiera et affichera l'heure du lancement de la désinstallation.
Remarque : l'heure affichée doit être dans les une minute de l'heure système actuelle affichée dans le coin inférieur droit de l'écran.
4. La suppression commencera à l'heure affichée.
5. Pendant ce processus, plusieurs icônes seront créées sur votre bureau. A l'exception d'une seule, toutes ces icônes seront supprimées au terme de la désinstallation et l'ordinateur sera redémarré. Le fichier mccleanup.log restera sur votre bureau. Après avoir établi la réussite de la désinstallation, vous pourrez supprimer ce fichier.
6. Au terme de l'opération, le message suivant sera affiché : L'ordinateur doit être redémarré pour conclure la désinstallation. Souhaitez-vous redémarrer maintenant ?
7. Appuyez sur la touche "O" de votre clavier pour redémarrer l'ordinateur et terminer la désinstallation.

Voila fait cela et mets moi un nouveau rapport hijackthis

Désactives UAC de vista et ton anti virus juste le temps du téléchargement et application de cet Outil.

Comment désactiver UAC pour un utilisateur ?

Pour un utilisateur, vous pouvez désactiver l'utilisation d'UAC en utilisant le Panneau de Configuration :
Panneau de configuration -> Comptes utilisateurs -> activer ou désactiver le contrôle de compte UAC(pop up UAC) -> décochez "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.

J'ai tout essayé et j'ai toujours le même message: windows ne trouve pas "mccleanup.exe" vérifiez que vous avez entré le nom correct, puis réessayez.
Pensez-vous que "Malwarebytes" qui a été installé précédemment peut gèner cette installation ? Est-ce très important pour le pb que l'on veut (va) résoudre ?
