Problème démarrage

Bonjour ou bonsoir ,

J'ai un problème avec mon PC quand je le démarre le matin, en effet, il redémarre sans cesse que ce soit pendant le chargement quand il y a écrit "Bonjour" ou quand je suis sur internet ou quand il est encore sur l'image "HP" au début du démarrage. Mais peu importe, il redémarre tout seul et tout le temps, soit il y a le fameux écran bleu qui dure 1/2 sec, ou soit il redémarre "normalement". Après 2 heures de redémarrage sans cesse, il réussit a s'allumer normalement sans redémarrer. Mais après, le lendemain, y a encore le même problème . Alors d'où vient ce problème ? Comment pourrai-je le résoudre ? En réinstallant Vista ou Seven ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses .

Salut, Il faut déja éssayer de tapoter sur F8 au démarrage avant le logo Windows et ensuite dans le menu tu choisis "derniére configuration valide connue" et Entrée

Tu l'installes et tu le lances par Analyze.
Tu postes un copier-coller de ce qui apparait .

Télécharge ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman sur ton bureau, à partir du lien suivant

Décompresse le fichier téléchargé et lance l'icône ZHPDiag
Dans l'interface clique sur la loupe en haut dans la barre d'outil.
Une fois l'analyse complète terminée un fichier ZHPDiag.txt sera enregistré sur le bureau, tu l'héberges sur Cjoint

Il faut prévoir de faire de la place sur ta partition C qui est surchargée.
Il faut qu'il y ait toujours au moins 15 % d'espace libre. Tu ne disposes que de 5 % actuellement.

Télécharge AD-Remover sur ton bureau.

Double clique sur AD-R.exe
Clique sur le bouton Nettoyer.
Poste le rapport qui va s'ouvrir en fin de scan.
Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-SCAN[1].txt
Puis ferme le programme par Quitter.

Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Double-clique sur le fichier mbam-setup-1.50.1.exe
(Sous Vista et 7 autorise les modifications)
A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que les options suivantes soient cochées
-Mettre à jour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
-Exécuter Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Clique sur Terminer
Une fenêtre Mise à jour de Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware va s'ouvrir avec une barre de progression.
Puis une autre annonçant le succès de la mise à jour de la base de données. Clique sur OK.
Le programme s'ouvre sur l'onglet Recherche.
Coche , clique sur le bouton

A la fin du scan, sélectionne tout et clique sur Supprimer la sélection

Poste le rapport qui s'ouvre après cette suppression.
Redémarre le pc si cela est demandé
Tu peux retrouver le rapport dans l'onglet Rapports/Logs avec la date et l'heure d'exécution.

Bonsoir
Redémarre en mode sans échec pour passer Ad-R.
Après la fermeture de la première fenêtre du BIOS, au tout début de la phase de démarrage du PC (boot), appuyer sur F8.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre, sélectionner Mode sans échec à l'aide des flèches du clavier et cliquer sur Entrée (Enter)
Ne t'inquiète pas de l'aspect, Windows démarre avec le minimum nécessaire et peut prendre quelque minutes pour démarrer.

Depuis 2, 3 jours c'était un peu mieux, mais depuis hier, sa recommence a redemarrer comme avant. Je sais plus quoi faire.

Tu sélectionnes "réparer le démarrage"
