Urgent Problème de démarrage

Bonjour a tous,

Je suis nouvelle sur le forum je sais pas si je suis au bon endroit alors veuillez m exusé si c 'est pas le cas.
voici mon probleme je viens d'achéte un ordi acer aspire N5640 sous VISTA PREMIUM FAMILIALE .
Au demarrage il met 20 min environ voir plus a se mettre en route ou des fois l'administateur (donc moi) et verrouillé.
pourriez vous m'aider je suis pas trés douée avec l'informatique ,l'anti virus et celui d'orange.
Si je remet le dvd d'instalation est ce que sa fera quelque chose.
S il vous plait aidez moi je vous en remerci d'avance

Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US ... e=download
Installes-le.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe

Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
Puis sans le fermer :
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
Tu le refermes pour le moment.
Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.


Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

Pas d'affolement, tu as affaire à des bénévoles qui ne sont pas toujours devant leur écran.

Procédure pour bien supprimer Norton/Symantec

Tu télécharges cet outil:

Dans Démarrer Exécuter tape: services.msc

Tu double-cliques sur chaque service suivant, si présent, et tu l'arrêtes, puis dans Type de démarrage tu désactives.

Puis tu lances Norton_Removal_Tools.exe

Dans Programmes et fonctionnalités tu désinstalles LiveUpdate.
Et tu redémarres.

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option Mettre à jour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soit cochée. Clique sur "Terminer"
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur le bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free, clique sur OK.
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger et referme le programme.

Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche", coche Exécuter un examen complet et Rechercher
Sélectionne ton disque dur et clique sur Lancer l'examen

A la fin du scan, sélectionne tout et clique sur Supprimer la sélection
Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport.
Il se trouve dans l'onglet Rapports/Logs avec la date et l'heure d'éxécution
