Plantage ordinateur

j'ai mon ordinateur un hp pavilion w5249.fr sous windows 7 avec une ram de 2Go et un pentium 4 2,93 Ghz comme processeur. Cet ordinateur ce plante, m'affiche un écran bleu et rédemarre après un décompte. J'ai installé WhoCrashed et il me donne ce râpport:

Salut, tu as éssayé via le menu F8 les options réparer l'ordinateur,derniére configuration valide connue? (tapoter sur F8 au démarrage du PC avant le logo Windows)

le problème vient sûrement de ton antivirus qui doit-être AVG si je ne me trompe pas et qui cause beaucoup de BSOD d'après les commentaires sur la toile .
